Worn out brake pedal

Okay so my brake keeps coming loose. The nylon stop nut was worn out and the last guy must have ran it loose and wallered the hole out, too.





Time for a bronze bushing from ACE.



The bushing is 3/4 OD and 1/2 ID so I'll drill the hole to 3/4 inch and press it in.





The new hole wasn't quite centered to the old hole, but close enough.



The bushing stuck out a little bit so I needed file it flush.



The loose pedal really ate up the plate. The black part is still a couple of thousands lower than the rest.



A little black paint.



Fits good now.
