Here's the Cougar mirror that the hail broke.

I used a gasket scraper to get the mirror pieces off. I put a bucket under it to catch the pieces and put on a pair of gloves just in case.
This glue seemed like it would do.

I smeared up the mirror pad with the stuff.

Here's the replacement mirror I got from eBay.

I stuck it on the glue and taped it in place. I hope it holds.
